Today I've had:
2 coffee with Silk dark chocolate soymilk
1 Ezekial bread
Greek olive hummus (maybe 4 T?)
plain flower tea
2 cups my pasta fagioli (which was made with double the beans and some water added to the sauce)
So IF I were counting points, as a way of measuring my intake, I would have had so far, something like:
4, 2, 4, 7 = 17
And now for dinner I've had
a nice bowl of the kale salad (2?)
2 vegan burgers (Boca) (4?)and 1 slice Ezekial(2) with ketchup(1?)
would =26 or so
with green veggies, and protein, and calcium and whole grains and oil and liquids and vitamins
***Did I have half cup juice this morning? Or was that yesterday? If today, that's maybe 3 points or 2 or 4
Still fine for day though : )
