Cook covered til softened
Lots dried rosemary and dried
parsley and black pep
2 T dried broth and 4 c. water
(or 4 cups unchicken broth if have)
4 greens of fresh collards,
cut
4 reds total of can northern
beans some gunk and rest of the 4 reds worth of cannellini beans canned some
gunk
lower to simmer, lid askew
15 minutes stir
15 more minutes is finished
Healthy, tasty, comforting,
satisfying, easy to make, inexpensive as these things go : )
