Just did my daily exercise.
It rotates different days = different exercise.
I was fine!
But now - I am feeling stronger physically AND stronger emotionally (less shy about where I have to go and less lazy too).
And - wanted fruits and veggies and liquids after so am having shake like yesterday. Today is kale spinach chard + watermelon and blueberries - and flavored sparkling water.
I am SO grateful for exercising!
