Exercised HARD today 40 minutes. Feel so strong.

Great piano practice about an hour.

It is like a spa week in a way - NOT the candles and massage type spa but the exercise and eat well and keep going spa. (And no, I haven't ever been to spa so I'm just guessing).

So note to self is just: Be okay. Stay okay. Because it really all IS okay.
