Lesson!

Wow.
So I overate last night. Ate crap too. And you know what?
I feel terrible today!
What a lesson!
3 weeks of eating well - not 100% perfectly, but very well (and scale and inches down too!) and one night of bad though not 25% of how bad used to do(!) and I feel *terrible!*
Wow!
Lesson!
