Hard to start this day today with prayer or anything else. Um. Will use ACTS. Adoration: Yes, I adore You and only You. You are my Creator. Contrition: Yes, I am sorry for giving in to the flesh: food, staying up too late, not exercising enough. It keeps me from being the best me. I thank you for everything from my life to my toes. And I ask you to please help JJ's health. Also, Father, Maureen's husband really needs you. He had seizures, then a stroke and has a clot in his brain and a clot in his heart. Please help them. He is 36 years old. Thank you. Amen.
