Why before the word Journal, does it say Recipes? So it says, Recipes Journal.

And why Blog Topics list under Labels list.
Can't I just have Labels list. And someone could click on Readings and only see Readings
posts, or click on Journal and only see journal posts, ...?
I appreciate any help here in comment or in email! Have spent over 5 hours on this today!
