I feel:
Shitty.
Down.
Not suicidally depressed though.
I think it is because:
I am sick.
And I have been avoiding too many things (and the two are not unrelated)
Next time I'll do differently:
A few minutes a day to keep up with things even.

3. I am actually less morbid than I used to be!
4. I have a clear enough conscience to sleep at night.
