21 Day Fix Update

2/3 finished with Round 2


Things that have changed in 5 weeks:

Down 10 inches
Crossing legs all the time without thinking about it
SO MUCH stronger
SO MUCH more flexible
FEEL better as walking about…
Yet thicker hair?! Wow (Shakeology?)
Looking forward to exercising each day – first time ever.
Not obsessing about food nearly as much.
Craving for sweets going away!
Never hungry. Never.
Walking up and down stairs regularly not sideways or one foot at a time.
Running – accidentally – just finding self running up stairs or to car…
Knees so much better
More energy!
More nutrition and less junky stuff coming in = better mood too.
Feel better about SELF!
