I am so incredibly fortunate
and lucky and grateful for exercise. Which I am about to do right now.
Because it is good for my
long-term health. It is building strength now. It is building confidence now.
It winds up taking an hour with the exercise, shake I drink after, and not
rushing at all. Then I shower. And this is a ll good for me. I am losing
inches. It burns some calories too.

2. Remember The magic by
counting the blessings of yesterday and writing them down. Ask yourself the
question: What are the good things that
happened yesterday? Scan the surface of yesterday until you feel satisfied
that you’ve remembered and written down all the blessings of the day.
