Hard day.
It's ok. It's ok.
Just don't overeat. And do exercise.
Try to get the other foods to mother. If can't, do tomorrow.
Remember - at beginning of summer you really only had goal to not be depressed like last summer. And haven't sunk like that!
Sorry you had a hard day. Remember not to set yourself with too many expectations (work from 9:30 - 2:00 on house, etc.). Do what you can. Breathe. xo
