CoDA Work This Morning

Thank you, God, for this day.

I woke up and I feel:
Lonely, tired, knees achy, nervous about the day
AND
Divine, part of God's universe

I think it is because:
Sleeping at MA's didn't work out because of my allergy to her cat. I wound up going back and forth twice
I'm nervous about picking up and having doggie in this cold
I miss J
I didn't sleep well
I don't even know how to get the things done around here
OH - and I ate junk. Hmmm.

I acted out co-dependently:
Eating the junk

I think next time I'll act differently:
Don't do it. don't eat the junk. Take an extra pill if have to. Just don't do it.
