Feelings Work

I feel: Nervous about not sleeping enough so many nights lately. So so sorry about MY mistakes with J. Sad about the situation with L. Grateful, so grateful, for the changes in me. And the hope. Pretty okay, actually. I think it is because: Good long talks with girlfriends. M and MA. Sleep more nights than not. Eating more vegetables. Cooking the three big things yesterday and portioning them out. Keeping this house so neat for a week. DOING the spiritual work every day (need to add meditation though). Next time I will do differently: Put self first in HEALTHY way. Rely on OA (possibly and Weight Watchers), not myself, regarding food. Rely on God. 5 Good Things about Me: 1. I have been through a lot and stayed positive many times. 2. I am grateful for a lot. 3. I can type quickly. 4. I care about the children (students) 5. I have pretty skin.
