I feel:
Hopeful.
A bit better physically.
I think it is because:
I finally got enough rest.
I went out with O last night, instead of sitting around hiding, which I was SORELY tempted to do.
I am going to a Health Expo today.
I am delighted about seeing L, no matter what anyone thinks.
Next time I will do differently:
Keep eating more vegetables.
Meditate, even a little, each day.

1. I listen to my friends.
2. I care.
3. I can lead when needed.
4. I have saved or help save 2 lives!
5. I am kind to non-human animals. And they take to me.
