Feelings Work

I feel: Relieved. Hopeful. Grateful. Nervous. I think it is because: Relieved about how I handled the situation with L. This is crazy, I know, but sort of hopeful that J. has feelings for me. Grateful for the day. And my health. And the opportunities of the day. And all in my gratitudes. Nervous because I am a compulsive overeater which is an addict? Next time I will do differently: Get enough sleep EVERY night no matter what! I cannot do without it! 5 Good Things about Me: 1. I have learned how to handle myself in an "argument." 2. I have learned how to stand up for myself, my truth, and my needs. 3. I am generous. 4. I have learned how to listen, and get thoughtful gifts for a person. 5. I am smart. Well, smart enough lol.
