Today's Reading - Voices of Recovery

"The only way to do meditation wrong is not to do it at all." OA 12 & 12 p. 96 One of the most helpful things that my sponsor taught me was this sequence for building the habit of meditating. Develop a genuine desire to practice meditation. Ask myself if I have meditated at the end of each day. If I have failed to meditate, make no recrimination. Thank bak through the fay. Could I have done things differently? Remind mcyself why I want to meditate. Straight away, meditate.
