I woke up and feel:
Nervous, fearful of gonna-be-lonely after dropping off doggie
and
Grateful, excited about seeing the kiddies
and
all mixed up and rushed
Because:
going back to work after 12 days
heard from J yesterday and I was uncomfortable
but I know I will feel better when I get to work
and I *am* very grateful
Next time do differently:
less of my day's eating at night
make the bed
use a top sheet

2. I know enough now to extend that to my loved one(s)/family if I ever get again
3. I help teach children about caring for Mother Earth
4. I have taught many people to do mindfulness meditation
5. I don't give up
