The loneliness

is consuming me.

I am doing GREAT at work. Thank God. I am *really* helping kids. And am the utmost professional. AND the bonus is that it is good for me to be there.

I am saying yes to invitations even though I find it hard to motivate myself.

I am doing more for my mother.

I am trying to go easier on myself.

But I hate despise loathe detest living alone. So much alone time. So much.
I am a people person; I didn't always know it.
I am a love person: that I did always know.

I am checking out the dating sites.
i am open to meeting people.
I am not desperate for dates; in fact I'm probably not even ready.
But it doesn't hurt to go to dinner or a movie...

I am close with my girlfriends and at least once a weekend and spending a few hours - like 3 - with one of them.

Not being able to play piano (pain - temporary) for weeks is bad for me, I know.
And hating my current still-too-fat body doesn't help.
Although i bought some new clothes and that is good.

--
I've got the dr's advice about doing a bit and then STOPPING. To "catch up" little by little but not become overwhelmed and paralyzed.
I've got the DASH diet nutritional advice - and even on days when cannot follow it, at least having greens.
I've got L's sharing what helped him through his terrible depression (20 years worth!) which includes
getting out and being with people, especially jolly people
basking in sunshine a little each day abosorbing it on skin
museums
exercise
juicing a lot of greens (organic)
germanium supplements - which may be off the market now but ginseng too
listening to depressing classical music (and he names them). says although reinforces dark feelings, also is source of comfort knowing that others "had similar experiences in walking through the valley of darkness."
and homeopathic remedy "Natrum Muriaticum" (sp) BUT - that would put him in a comatose trance for hours although not a drug and he said released years of tension. That one scares me I don't think i will try it.

But I will try some of these other things.

Lord help me.

I would give anything for family here.

ADDENDUM:
I did take a 5 mg valium. It is prescribed. I don't take it often. It calmed me a lot.
And I remembered - I had to take it a bunch when J was here at one point, so that helped me remember he is not the answer.
Trying...

Up from the archives...but the truth is..once you make a decision, to change, to do something, to begin something...the Universe will conspire to make it happen. Your thoughts will manifest themselves as your reality, always...Positive, negative, happy, not happy,...your main focus will become your three dimension reality. Look around at everything you have...it all began with a thought and a decision.

If You See This,

could you pray for a very special intention of mine?
I will pray tonight for EVERYONE who has seen this (whether you do or not)

*If you don't believe in a "God," you can still pray, as some science shows it works - maybe because of electrical connections.....

Thank you.

Beginning of school very very busy - moreso than ever, and I shall have more time on weekend. Grats etc.

--- If you are suffering,
don't give up.
Breathe.
Stay in the moment.
We are pretty much always safe *in the moment.*

so cool great affirmations

I wanted to share with you the notes I took as I read Tosha Silver's Outrageous Openness. I tried to collect them together into helpful little prayers of surrender:

When you’re looking for love:
The perfect partner is already selected. He/she is arriving in the right way at the right time. I am so grateful to receive him/her.

When something you want isn’t happening as fast as you wish:
My life is unfolding in Divine timing. All delays are beneficial. I’m always at the right place at the right time.

When you’re looking for clients:
I’m now available to receive anyone who can benefit from my teaching. Let all who need me find me. Let me help relieve suffering. The Divine is my complete Source for all prosperity and will provide.

When things aren’t going well at work:
I call Divine Order into my work. In the right time, in the right way, let my offering become available for the good of all, to all who need to be guided to me and to know.

When stressed about travel:
Let every aspect of this journey unfold in harmony. Let Divine Order arrange and show me every detail. The right airline connection, lodging, and all else are already selected and I’ll be guided to them easily. I’ll follow the leads as they are shown.

When you feel an impulse to be of service:
Wherever I can be a force for Love, please guide me. Take me wherever you wish me to go. Let me do your bidding.

When struggling to get over the painful loss of a relationship:
This entire relationship now belongs to Divine Order. It is in God’s hands and I am open to a miracle of completion The situation now unfolds in the perfect way for the good of all. I needn’t fear letting go; my needs are always met.

When trying to decide about whether to do something you can’t quite afford but wish to do:
Please show me if you wish me to go. If you do, please bring a sign, and a miracle. Please show your Divine Will in this matter and send a clear sign that gives the proper direction. And if for some reason I’m about to head the wrong way, please, please stop me.

When dealing with writer’s block:
I ask that if I can be of service, and I this be God’s will, that the perfect chances will arrive to pulverize this damn writer’s block once and for all.

When dealing with a customer service cluster f*ck:
With every fiber of my being I invoke God as my Source and cast the burden of this mess. I pray that the perfect people who intercede on my behalf will come at the right moment.

When struggling to find the perfect apartment or just the right parking spot:

I am now being guided to the right apartment [or parking spot] at the right time. It’s already handled.

When unclear about what’s next:
My perfect new path is already selected and will arrive at the right time. I’ll be shown the steps to receive it.
