Wow.

I just took a chakra test. 3 minutes. some questions about how feel about expressing self. comfortable or not expressing self/ feel others "get" you or not.... reminded me strongly of the time when I could not speak for the better part of 8 months! about 7 - 8 years ago! i had 4 conditions vocal cords. but i really believe they were caused psychologically. no voice. interesting

And all those times with breathing troubles omg! So many - so much.

Now I have deep clear breaths
and a voice too.
