Trying. Trying.

Before fully awake, what comes out of my mouth is, most days lately,
"Oh fuck."
That's a HORRIBLE way to wake up!!
But IMMEDIATELY I remind myself how fortunate I am. I am not in an iron lung.
I am walking
across my house
to get coffee
I can see
I have a job
and so on
I do work to turn it around!
And I devote myself to those children (students)!
So I AM trying.
