My Cooking

2 weeks ago:
pot of (vegan) chili

last week:
pasta with not-riccotti topping

today should be:
veggie protein bake - done
and
lentil soup with chard is what I made

also been eating fresh organic honeycrisp apples
organic walnuts
organic salad greens and spinach
and organic canned green beans
and
Ezekial bread
and even some whole wheat hamburger rolls
and a little organic fake meat and a little gardein
lots of water
and instant(!) coffee with plain low cal soymilk and cinammon - 2 a day
and for two days now first thing in am warm water with half a lemon squeezed in
