Step Four is kicking my butt. But it's also cathartic. Scary doing though.
Horrible dream this morning. Something about lots of people, like either a parade or a walking meditation or a protest - don't know. And I had made a banner thingy. And John too. And we held them up so the people could hum. And I realized not everyone could see it, so I started walked through. And John too. And I said, Faster. And we were almost dancing through. And now everyone could see them. And they were all getting involved.

Very scary.
Very scary week.
