What I Ate Yesterday and Felt So Clear Headed and Healthy!

Breakfast:
raw kale salad (the one with the red and yellow pep strips and red onion and even a little bit of little pieces of fruit: strawberries and blueberries

Snack:
an apple

Lunch:
leftover half of the broccoli and garlic sauce with brown rice from lunch with M on Fri

Dinner:
"pasta pesto" - whole grain (not whole wheat or multi-grain, but whole grain) pasta with "pesto" made of lite firm tofu, 2 cloves garlic, about 1 - 2 T oil, some water, oregano, fresh parsley, and good amount fresh spinach. And yum. And creamy. And healthy.

Felt clear-headed and less depressed. After meeting when had 2 p.b. on toast and leftover pasta and corn flakes, no. And this morning, no.

Lesson:
more greens
less quantity
fresher, whole food
(and protein)

Like what what's-his-name the author said: Eat food. Mostly plants. Not too much.

May I have that feeling again.
May I eat that way to have that feeling again.
