Note to Self. Go Easier on Self.

Hard day.
It's ok. It's ok.
Just don't overeat. And do exercise.
Try to get the other foods to mother. If can't, do tomorrow.
Remember - at beginning of summer you really only had goal to not be depressed like last summer. And haven't sunk like that!

  1. Sorry you had a hard day. Remember not to set yourself with too many expectations (work from 9:30 - 2:00 on house, etc.). Do what you can. Breathe. xo
