The Magic June 25


June 25

Count your blessings. Make a list of ten blessings. Write why you’re grateful. Reread your list, and at the end of each blessing say thank you, thank you, thank you, and feel as grateful for that blessing as you can.

I am truly blessed to have this exercise program,
Because it is changing my strength and muscles and body. And quickly. And because it is EMPOWERING me emotionally!
Thnak you thank you thank you!

I am so happy and grateful for EJ!
Because I have never been alone here, thanks to her. Because she is honest. And wise. And kind. And because of her spending that TIME this week. Oh, thank you thank you thank you, EJ!
Thank you thank you thank you!

I am truly grateful for having helped L so much this am,
because  I care and because I like being a good friend and because I feel good about myself.

With all my heart, thank you for my spending less on ordering than ever before!
Because 1) I don’t want to so much STUFF. And have already started getting rid of it. 2) I don’t WANT to “over”spend and/or waste. 3) For once someone ELSE can get more because I used less!

I am truly blessed to have N, someone at work with whom I can speak honestly,
because I appreciate being able to even talk about J.

I am so happy and grateful for being able to breath,
because it is so so so important and some people can’t and what a life.

I am truly grateful for today, getting almost finished with classroom,
because I HAVE TO finish by tomorrow and thank you I will!

With all my heart, thank you for enough disposable income to pay for the help doing it,
because I physically could not have.

I am so incredibly fortunate and lucky and grateful for getting through this year with this class,
because it was a challenge. And I DID help a LOT of them! MAYBE all??? And – I lived lol.

I am so incredibly fortunate and lucky and grateful for animal companions,
because I have so loved every single one! (And still do of course).

2. Remember The magic by counting the blessings of yesterday and writing them down. Ask yourself the question: What are the good things that happened yesterday? Scan the surface of yesterday until you feel satisfied that you’ve remembered and written down all the blessings of the day.

1.      The exercise in the am.
2.      The DIFFERENCE in STRENGTH that it made!
3.      The AMOUNT of work my aide and I got done!
4.      The nice moment with St colleague’s class
5.      And me being so nice to my aide about it too
6.      My mother is feeling great emotionally!
7.      Sleeping in the bed!
8.      My “Magic Rock” practice at night!
9.      The happy dream(s?) about the upcoming summer course
