I never did meditate.
Didn't pray for all the other people I'm supposed to pray for, and do every day, either.
Broke my abstinence and ate some candy last night.
Wow.
Well, I didn't commit crimes or do the worst things ever either.
And today is a new day.
Will try, and will ask for help from God.
In the spirit of that line from oa meeting: Trust in God but buy broccoli, I will ask for help, leave it there with faith and trust, and then do my leg-work.
