Today's Exercise

I walked for almost 40 minutes with doggie.
And then I went to the gym, and as per my trainer's instructions, I did 4 miles on the bike.
And - I noticed I was basically a *little * faster than the other day.
I'm so glad I did this.
I believe it will help me emotionally to do this 5 days a week (the gym)! (Well, and walking doggie when can too!)
