Feelings Work

I feel: Overwhelmed. Unprepared. Like I'm failing. Nervous. Okay in some small way too. That it isn't ALL, THAT important. Because: Have been letting self fall behind in too many things. And not eating cleanly enough. Next time differently. Change that! 5 Good Things about Me: 1. I keep trying. 2. I do not eat animals. 3. I care about other people and non-human animals. 4. I have taught many people to meditate. 5. I am trustworthy.
