Today's Plan

1. Eat 3 healthy meals
2. Get dog to park
3. Lead CoDA meeting
4. Do at least one load of laundry.
5. Finish straightening the kitchen.
6. Shower and dress nicely and a little makeup.
7. Practice for a few minutes if my hand allows.
8. Read a little.
9. Try to find a little time with a friend.
10. See mother. Bring doggie. She'll love that. (Well, they both will).
11. Make the split pea soup from the dried peas package and/or the veggie bake so will have healhty food for the week or at least a few days.
